Job summary

ARCO Design/Build, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Construction Project Manager with 3–10 years of design/build experience. The PM will have full profit and performance responsibility for assigned projects, from concept to completion.

This role involves estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reporting, cost reporting, and coordination with owners and design professionals to ensure timely, on-budget results.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field with minimum 3.2 GPA.
• 3-10 years of design/build experience.
• Ability to make sound decisions under tight deadlines.
• Ability to organize, plan and manage multiple activities to achieve results.
• Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Oversee managerial and administrative aspects of projects, including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, and cost reporting.
• Coordinate with design professionals and owners early in the process to facilitate design.
• Prepare accurate project estimates in collaboration with the design team.
• Lead proposal discussions with owners to define scope, cost reduction, and value engineering ideas.
• Oversee subcontractor buyout and selection.
• Conduct bi-weekly site meetings and coordinate with the superintendent on safety and schedule.
• Ensure ongoing communication with owners and the project team.
