ARCO Design/Build is offering a Construction Project Manager Intern/Co-Op (Summer 2027) in Houston, TX. You will work with experienced professionals on the full lifecycle of projects, from initial concept through final walkthrough, gaining hands-on exposure to estimating, scheduling, design meetings, and site visits.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, Construction Management, Building Science, or Construction Engineering program (undergrad or graduate).
• Driver's License required.
• Excellent verbal communication and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to the full lifecycle of a project from concept to delivery.
• Attend design meetings with owner and design team, including engineers and architects.
• Prepare weekly progress reports and track action items.
• Shadow project calls and site visits with DBMs to observe leadership.
