ARCO Design/Build is seeking a Construction Project Manager Intern/Co-op for Summer 2027 in Columbia, MD. You will participate in the full lifecycle of design/build projects, working with experienced professionals to learn scheduling, estimating, and field procedures.

You will attend design meetings, assist with buyout, permits, and reporting, and gain hands-on experience on site visits and project coordination.

Formación

• Enrolled in an accredited Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, Construction Management, Building Science, or Construction Engineering undergraduate or graduate program.
• Driver’s License required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
• Previous co-op or intern experience in construction preferred, but not required.
• GPA 3.0 or higher preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the full lifecycle of construction projects from concept to delivery.
• Learn estimating, takeoffs, and describe project proposals with cost values.
• Support scheduling and timelines for subcontractors and trades.
• Attend design meetings with owner, engineers, and architects.
• Prepare weekly progress reports and track action items.
• Shadow DBMs on site visits and assist with buyout and permits.
