ARCO Design/Build in Greenville, SC is seeking a Construction Design/Build Project Manager (DBM) Intern/Co-op to learn the full lifecycle of our projects under the guidance of experienced professionals. You will gain exposure from concept through final delivery while supporting the project team in real-world activities.

You'll attend design meetings, assist with scheduling and submittals, and participate in site visits and training sessions.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, Construction Management, Building Science, or Construction Engineering program.
• GPA 3.0+ preferred, but not required.
• Prior co-op or intern experience in construction preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Explore full project lifecycle from concept to final delivery with guidance from experienced pros.
• Attend design meetings with owners, engineers, and architects.
• Prepare weekly progress reports and track action items.
• Shadow DBMs on project calls and site meetings to observe leadership.
• Assist with permitting, submittals, and shop drawing review.
• Visit job sites to observe progress and safety practices.
