Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager II for our Midwest region, onsite in Des Moines or Cedar Rapids. The role requires 6+ years in project management within commercial construction and is ideal for someone experienced in design-build projects.

You will lead budgets, schedules, and subcontract negotiations while coordinating with owners, field teams, and internal teams to drive project success. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering or Construction Management.
• 6+ years of proven project management experience in commercial construction.
• Experience managing projects in a design-build environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, cost projections, contracts, and status reports.
• Lead construction progress meetings and coordinate design development.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, profit projections, schedules, and bid documents.
• Negotiate and award subcontracts.
• Coordinate jobsite meetings and status reporting with owners, field teams, and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with owners/clients and internal teams to support project goals.
