Job summary

ARCO / Murray Construction Company is seeking a highly motivated construction Project Manager with 3–10 years of design/build experience. You will oversee projects from concept to completion with full profit and performance responsibility, coordinating with owners, design teams, and subcontractors.

Strong decision-making, planning, and communication skills are essential to drive successful outcomes. The role emphasizes estimating, scheduling, cost reporting, quality control, and collaboration

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field; with minimum 3.2 GPA.
• 3-10 years of design/build experience.
• Ability to effectively make sound decisions under tight deadlines.
• Ability to organize, plan and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results.
• Exhibit commitment to quality by evaluating project-related processes and meeting customer expectations.
• Act with integrity and align with company values while focusing on customer requirements.
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage project from concept to completion, with overall profit and performance responsibility.
• Prepare accurate estimates and schedules, and manage cost reporting and design coordination.
• Coordinate with owners and design team to develop preliminary drawings and review scope of work.
• Lead proposal meetings to discuss scope, costs, and value engineering ideas.
• Oversee subcontractor buyout and selection; conduct regular site meetings.
• Collaborate with Superintendent to ensure safety, quality, and schedule.
