ARCO Design/Build, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated construction Project Manager with 3-10 years of design/build experience to oversee project performance and customer satisfaction from concept to completion.

The PM will manage estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reporting, design coordination, cost reporting, and proposal preparation while coordinating with owners, design professionals, and the superintendent to ensure safety and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field with GPA 3.2 or higher.
• 3–10 years of design/build experience.
• Able to make sound decisions under tight deadlines.
• Able to organize and manage multiple activities.
• Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
• Integrity and alignment with company values.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Estimate, schedule, quality control, progress reports and cost reporting.
• Design review, coordination and proposal preparation.
• Work with owners early to facilitate design with professionals.
• Prepare accurate project estimates with design team.
• Participate in proposal meetings to review scope and VE ideas.
• Oversee buyout and subcontractor selection.
• conduct bi-weekly on-site meetings with the team.
• Coordinate with the Superintendent on safety and schedule.
• Conduct progress meetings with owners and construction team.
• Maintain cost consciousness and effective communication with all involved.
