Job summary

ARCO / Murray Construction Company is a premier design/build general contractor seeking a project manager with 3–10 years of design/build experience. The role carries full profit and performance responsibility from concept to completion, with a focus on meeting customer expectations and project performance.

The successful candidate will manage estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reporting, and coordination with owners and design professionals, while leading subcontractor buyouts

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field with GPA of 3.2 or higher.
• 3–10 years of design/build project experience.
• Strong decision-making under tight deadlines.
• Ability to plan and manage multiple activities.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Oversee estimating, scheduling, quality control and progress reporting.
• Coordinate with owners and design professionals early in the process.
• Prepare accurate project estimates with the design team.
• Lead proposal meetings and value engineering discussions.
• Oversee buyout of subcontractors and site meetings.
• Coordinate with Superintendent on safety and schedule.
• Conduct progress meetings with owners and construction team.
