Job summary

ARCO is a premier design/build general contractor with 20+ years of experience delivering projects across the United States. We are seeking a motivated Project Manager with 1–5 years of design/build experience to lead projects from concept to completion, owning overall performance and customer satisfaction.

You will manage estimating, scheduling, safety, progress reporting, and coordination with owners and design professionals, while overseeing buyouts and subcontractor selections.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field with minimum 3.2 GPA.
• 1-5 years of design/build experience.
• Ability to make sound decisions under tight deadlines.
• Organize, plan and manage multiple activities to achieve results.
• Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, and safety.
• Work with owners early to facilitate design with the chosen professionals.
• Ensure accurate preliminary estimates with the design team.
• Participate in proposal meetings to review scope, reduce costs, and provide VE ideas.
• Oversee buyout process and subcontractor selection.
• Conduct bi-weekly on-site jobsite meetings.
• Coordinate with the Superintendent to ensure safety, quality, and schedule.
• Maintain cost awareness and communicate with all project stakeholders.
