ARCO Design/Build, Inc. seeks a highly motivated Design/Build Manager to oversee project performance and profit from day one.

You will manage estimating, scheduling, QC, progress reporting, design review, and coordination while working closely with owners and the design team to develop preliminary concepts and drive value engineering. Join a company with a strong focus on integrity, quality, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field is required.
• 3–10 years of construction management experience on commercial projects.
• Ability to make sound decisions under tight deadlines.
• Ability to organize, plan and manage multiple activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all managerial and administrative aspects of a project including estimating, scheduling, QC, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination.
• Ensure accurate and complete project estimates and collaborate with owners/design team on preliminary drawings.
• Oversee buyout process and subcontractor selection; conduct bi-weekly jobsite meetings.
• Provide value engineering ideas and ensure meeting/exceeding client expectations while maintaining integrity.
