Job summary

ARCO National Holdings is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with 3–10 years of design/build experience. The PM will own project performance from concept to completion, with full profit and performance responsibility for assigned projects.

You will estimate, schedule, review design, coordinate with owners and design professionals, and manage buyouts and subcontractor selection while maintaining safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field with minimum 3.2 GPA
• 3–10 years of design/build experience
• Ability to make sound decisions under tight deadlines
• Ability to organize, plan and manage multiple activities
• Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction and quality

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative aspects of a project including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, and cost reporting
• Collaborate with owners and design professionals early to facilitate design processes
• Prepare accurate project estimates and develop preliminary drawings with the design team
• Participate in meetings to review scope, suggest cost-saving measures, and deliver value engineering
• Oversee buyout and subcontractor selection; conduct bi-weekly site meetings
• Coordinate with the Superintendent to assure safety, quality, and schedule
• Lead progress meetings with owners and construction team; ensure cost awareness
