ARCO Design/Build is hiring a Project Manager to lead design/build projects. You will manage estimates, scheduling, quality, and progress reporting while coordinating with owners and design professionals to drive successful outcomes.

The role emphasizes decision making under tight deadlines, strong organization, and clear communication. A BS in Engineering or related field and 3–10 years of relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field; minimum 3.2 GPA.
• 3–10 years of design/build project management experience.
• Ability to make sound decisions under deadlines.
• Strong organization and multitasking across activities.
• Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage both administrative and managerial aspects of a project.
• Coordinate design processes with design professionals and owners.
• Prepare accurate project estimates and develop concepts with the team.
• Lead proposal meetings to review scope and costs.
• Oversee buyout and subcontractor selection.
• Conduct bi-weekly site meetings and coordinate safety and schedule.
• Maintain cost awareness and effective communication with all stakeholders.
