Job summary

ARCO is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion. You will oversee estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and design review while partnering with owners and the design team to deliver value engineering ideas.

Requirements include 3–5 years of GC experience (design/build preferred) and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam and MS Project. ARCO offers ESOP, strong benefits, and career growth nationwide.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of construction experience running projects with a general contractor; design/build preferred.
• Proficiency in project management software including Procore, Bluebeam and MS Project.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Manage project aspects from estimating, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, scheduling and budgeting.
• Collaborate with owners and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings.
• Participate in proposals with owners to review scope and provide value engineering ideas.
• Oversee buyout process and selection of subcontractors.
• Conduct biweekly jobsite meetings and ensure safety, quality, and schedule.
• Partner with Superintendent to make sound decisions under tight deadlines.
