ARCO/Murray National Construction is seeking a Project Manager to take full responsibility for project performance, client satisfaction, and end-to-end delivery from design through closeout. You will drive preconstruction planning, budgeting, and coordination with clients, designers, and subcontractors to ensure projects stay on track.

The role requires a BS in Engineering or Construction Management and 2–7 years of commercial construction management experience, with proficiency in Word, Excel,

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent.
• 2–7 years of commercial construction management experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all managerial and administrative aspects of a project from preconstruction through closeout.
• Collaborate with clients and design team to develop preliminary concepts and budgets.
• Participate in proposals, review scope, discuss cost-saving ideas, and negotiate contracts & fees.
• Oversee subcontractor selection, buyout processes, and vendor management.
• Identify opportunities to procure materials and equipment economically for budget/schedule benefits.
• Coordinate with project team on subcontractor scopes, schedules, and site plans.
• Lead preconstruction planning meetings with designers, subs, and vendors to mitigate constructability and scheduling issues.
• Lead meetings to review progress and address challenges with clients.
• Track project performance vs budget and prepare pay applications and progress reports.
