Job summary

ARCO is seeking a Project Manager to lead light industrial construction projects from concept to completion, based in Phoenix, AZ. The role guides budgeting, scheduling, design review, and coordination with owners and the design team.

You’ll manage subcontractors, oversee buyout, and conduct regular site meetings to ensure quality and value. Travel may be required, and a related engineering or CM degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–10+ years of project management experience on commercial/light industrial projects.
• Design-build experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead managerial and administrative aspects of projects including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, and cost reporting.
• Ensure accurate and complete project estimates and coordinate with owners and design teams.
• Oversee subcontractor selection, buyout, and bi-weekly job site meetings.
• Make timely decisions under deadlines and manage multiple activities to meet client expectations.
