Job summary

Harrell Remodeling is seeking a Design + Build Estimator / Specifier to join our Bay Area team. You will help produce preliminary and final estimates and coordinate the flow of design projects through the estimating/specifying phase.

With 4+ years of residential design/construction experience and strong skills in Word, Excel, Sage100, and BuilderTrend, you will support project teams from concept to construction and help craft value-engineered solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in residential design/construction.
• Ability to estimate and spec projects from design to build.

Responsibilities

• Meet with Designer to understand scope and produce estimates.
• Coordinate design projects through estimating/specifying phase.
• Schedule on-site visits with Designers and Trade Specialists.
• Verify data accuracy and consult with trades on feasibility.
• Create material and labor takeoffs and prepare estimates.
