Job summary

ARCO/Murray National Construction seeks a motivated Project Manager to lead projects from inception to completion. You will manage budgeting, scheduling, design coordination, and safety, while partnering with owners and the design team to deliver value-driven solutions.

The role emphasizes delivering accurate estimates, overseeing procurement, and guiding teams through bi-weekly site meetings. A post‑grad engineering degree and internship experience are highly valued for this growth-focused

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s of Engineering program or related field of study.
• Open to fulltime opportunity post grad.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0.
• Prior construction internship experience is a plus.
• Extracurricular involvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee managerial and administrative aspects of a project including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety and proposal preparation.
• Ensure an accurate and complete project estimate.
• Collaborate with owners and the design team to develop preliminary concept drawings.
• Participate in proposal meetings to review scope, discuss cost-saving ideas and value engineering.
• Oversee buyout process and subcontractor selection.
• Conduct bi-weekly job site meetings.
• Make sound decisions under tight deadlines.
• Organize and manage multiple activities to achieve results.
• Commit to quality by evaluating project-related processes.
• Maintain integrity and support for company values and client expectations.
