Job summary

ARCO is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion. This role will oversee estimating, contracts, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution, working closely with owners and design teams to develop concept drawings.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in project management, prefers design-build experience, and is proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project. ARCO is a 100% associate-owned company offering strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years in construction management or related field preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate estimating, contract negotiations, and scheduling.
• Manage budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor buyout.
• Conduct biweekly job-site meetings and ensure quality control.
