Job summary

ARCO Design/Build is seeking a Construction Design/Build Project Manager (DBM) to oversee projects from inception to completion. You will lead estimating, scheduling, quality control, and design coordination, while maintaining cost control and safety standards.

In this role you will collaborate with clients and design teams to translate preliminary concepts into buildable solutions, participate in proposal meetings, and lead subcontractor selection.

Qualifications

• Recent or upcoming completion of an accredited Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, Construction Management, Building Science, or Construction Engineering program.
• Strong interest in design/build construction, tilt-up concrete, industrial builds, etc.
• GPA 3.0 or higher preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Lead Every Facet of the Project—from estimating and scheduling to quality control, billing, design coordination, cost tracking, safety and proposal development.
• Deliver accurate, detailed project estimates to guide execution.
• Collaborate with clients and design teams to shape preliminary concepts into buildable solutions.
• Participate in proposal meetings to refine scope, reduce costs, and provide value-driven insights.
• Lead subcontractor selection and buyout to ensure top-tier partnership performance.
• Drive bi-weekly on-site meetings to align teams and maintain progress.
