ARCO a Family of Construction Companies in Maryland is seeking a Construction Design/Build Project Manager (DBM) to own the full project lifecycle—from estimating through closeout. You will collaborate with clients and design teams to shape concepts into buildable solutions and lead subcontractor selection with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

The role emphasizes on-site leadership, problem solving, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil, mechanical, architectural, or construction management (or related).
• GPA 3.0+ preferred but not required.
• Interest in design/build, tilt-up concrete, and industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project from estimating to closeout, including scheduling, cost tracking, and safety.
• Develop accurate, detailed estimates for project bids.
• Coordinate with clients and design teams on preliminary concepts.
• Lead subcontractor selection and manage buyouts.
• Facilitate bi-weekly on-site meetings to align teams.
