Job summary

ARCO Design/Build is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with 3-10 years of design/build experience. You will oversee project performance, from concept through completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.

Responsibilities include estimating, scheduling, design coordination, and on-site leadership with a strong focus on safety and quality. The role requires a BS in Engineering with a minimum 3.2 GPA and proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field; with minimum of 3.2 GPA.
• 3-10 years of design/build experience.
• Ability to make sound decisions under tight deadlines.
• Ability to organize, plan and manage multiple activities.
• Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage project from concept to completion and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Estimate, schedule, and report on project performance.
• Coordinate design review and selection of subcontractors.
• Lead progress meetings with owners and project team.
• Ensure safety and quality control on-site and manage cost reporting.
