Job summary

Clark Construction Group seeks highly skilled Construction Cost Managers to lead project budgets and costs through design development on nationwide design-build projects. You will drive budget development, monitor costs, and actively influence design decisions with stakeholders.

The role demands strong cost management, leadership of project teams, and deep knowledge of design-build delivery to ensure contract and program compliance across complex programs.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in a design-build environment.
• At least 2 years of experience managing a project budget or developing cost models; staff management preferred.
• Qualified experience may include development manager, design manager, project manager, or design professional.
• DBIA membership or other industry associations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the project budget from start of design to design completion.
• Monitor costs and savings associated with ongoing design.
• Actively participate in the design process including managing cost input to design.
• Provide timely feedback on budget requests from stakeholders both internal and external to the project team.
• Lead stakeholder decision meetings during design reviews.
