NButeixas is seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to support our Design-Build division from contract initiation through execution and beyond. The role acts as the liaison between the Project Director, designers, estimators, clients, and construction team, ensuring meticulous coordination and proactive client communication.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in design, landscape design, construction, project coordination, or related field.
• Experience in a design-build or project management environment is highly desirable.
• Interior design or interiors experience is a plus.
• Experience coordinating materials, finishes, samples, and client selections is helpful.
• Internship or early-career experience in a design firm is encouraged.
• Seasoned coordinators seeking a focused coordination role are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Director after the initial client meeting through contract signature.
• Prepare and coordinate Design-Build Agreements for clients.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout design and pre-construction.
• Monitor milestones, deadlines, and next steps to keep projects moving.
• Help manage client budgets, scope, selections, and timelines.
• Coordinate client meetings and follow-ups for the Project Director.
