Construction Resources is seeking a Design Center Coordinator to be the showroom’s cornerstone, guiding clients from arrival through handoff and follow‑up. You will blend hospitality, sales instinct, and product knowledge to drive a premium client journey, coordinating with consultants and product experts while ensuring disciplined CRM and timely follow-up.

The role requires a minimum of 7 years in building or consultative sales, with demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and support

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the building industry and/or consultative sales environment.
• Ability to manage complex projects, guide high-expectation clients, and support sales teams with confidence.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, product specialists, and project managers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients during initial engagement and early project stages.
• Welcome, qualify, and establish rapport with clients, understanding scope and outcomes.
• Facilitate introductions and smooth transitions to Category Consultants or Product Specialists.
• Maintain continuity for returning clients and builder or trade accounts.
• Drive disciplined post-visit followup and document appointment details for quoting and handoffs.
• Maintain clean CRM data to support quoting and project execution.
• Initiate timely post-visit communication to recap the visit and next steps.
