David Weekley Homes is seeking a Design Consultant to guide homebuyers through interior selections, blending creativity with service. You will deliver a personalized design experience from first conversation to final selection, ensuring selections align with style and budget.

The role requires collaboration with Builders and internal teams, with weekend coverage as part of the schedule. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design or related experience preferred.
• Prior homebuilder design experience strongly desired.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with technology.
• Excellent communication, listening, and customer service skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to follow up effectively.
• Confidence in setting clear expectations and resolving potential conflicts.
• Creative problem-solver with a team-oriented attitude and high integrity.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work with a sense of urgency when needed.

Additional Information

Work Schedule:

Our Design Center is open Monday through Sunday, and Design Consultants work every other weekend.

• Monday–Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM
• Saturday: 9 AM – 5 PM
• Sunday: 12 PM – 5 PM
  Weekend coverage weeks include Thursdays and Fridays off
