Job summary

GlobalFoundries is seeking a new college graduate to join as a Design Application Engineer supporting engagement from design concept through tape-out, translating customer requirements into technical solutions and coordinating with internal experts to overcome adoption barriers.

The role builds expertise in GF technologies, creates technical collateral, and crafts execution plans to support customers and enable successful designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or related field from an accredited program.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA and good academic standing.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Review and reproduce customer issues, design-flow requirements and enablement needs.
• Drive design enablement with internal teams and external partners to meet deadlines.
• Track actions, risks, customer cases and technical closures.
• Lead internal process projects to improve efficiency within the team.
• Create customer-facing presentations, evaluation summaries, and technical documentation.
