Job summary

• English fluency in written and verbal.
• Able to commit 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Review and reproduce customer design issues and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers and partners to support design enablement.
• Track actions, risks, and milestones; assist process improvements.
• Develop technical collateral and customer-facing documentation.
