The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) organization is seeking an Electrical Design and Analysis Engineer to join their team in Patuxent, Maryland. The selected candidate will provide engineering support that focuses on the V-22 Flight Control System. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and maintaining the V-22 Flight Control System (FCS) from an engineering perspective, loading Flight Controls software, participating in pre/post flight briefings, and answering squawks from test flights. To effectively accomplish these tasks, this position must develop a good overall understanding of the V-22 FCS design, consisting of mechanical, hydro-mechanical, electronic, and software components. This role requires rapid problem‑solving, strong systems‑level understanding of the V‑22 FCS, and effective collaboration with government and civilian team members in a test‑flight environment. Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate and Mid-Level Electrical Design and Analysis Engineers.

Summary Pay Range for Associate level (Level 2): $98,600 - $133,400
Summary Pay Range for Mid-level (Level 3): $119,850 - $162,150
