Serena & Lily is hiring Associates/Design Advisors for the Atlanta Storefront. You will deliver an exceptional client experience with design support and product recommendations both in-store and virtually.

The role emphasizes brand stewardship, relationship-building, and contributing to sales goals in a design-driven environment. Candidates should have retail or sales experience, strong communication, and a passion for home furnishings.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience in interiors/home furnishings.
• Excellent communication skills and client engagement.
• Proven ability to deliver on-brand service and product knowledge.
• Comfort with product recommendations and design support.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, on-brand client experience in-store and virtually.
• Provide design advice and product knowledge to support sales goals.
• Handle shipments, merchandising and stock to brand standards.
• Support trade program clients and lead generation efforts.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve client needs quickly.
