Job summary

Serena & Lily, a lifestyle and home furnishings brand, seeks Design Shop Advisors for the Atlanta store. You will create a best-in-class client experience through sales and service, acting as a brand steward and building relationships with clients through design support.

Ideally, you will work full-time, including weekends and some holidays. The role offers a generous benefits package and additional perks.

Qualifications

1 year of retail or relevant sales experience in interiors/home furnishings or client service.
Excellent communication skills and willingness to engage with clients.
Proven ability to deliver on-brand client service and showcase product knowledge.

Responsibilities

Embody and operate by the Serena & Lily Brand Ethos.
Acts as brand steward in interactions with Clients, Designers, Vendors and Co-workers.
Create a warm, welcoming, on-brand client experience.
Provide design advice, product knowledge and recommendations in-store and via virtual appointments to support sales goals.
Resolve client needs quickly through proactive communication and leadership support.
Drive customer retention and follow-up on orders and quotes.
Assist in receipt of shipments, transfers, and merchandising to brand standards.
