Qualifications

• Two to four years of bartending experience in hotel, resort or banquet settings.
• Arizona Title IV Alcohol Certification and Maricopa County Food Service Worker Certification.
• High school diploma preferred; relevant experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, take and promote beverage orders, and deliver service with genuine hospitality.
• Prepare, mix, and garnish cocktails, beer, wine, and nonalcoholic drinks using recipes.
• Maintain an organized, fully stocked bar with glassware, garnishes, and supplies.
• Review event sheets to understand setup, timelines, and guest expectations.
• Support servers by preparing beverages efficiently during service.
