Job summary

Destination Death Valley LLC, operating Stovepipe Wells in Death Valley National Park, seeks a Front Desk/Night Auditor to manage guest transactions, reporting, and coordination across departments. The role requires strong English communication, cash handling, and accounting experience in a fast-paced hotel setting.

On-site housing is provided. You must be available to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a safety-first mindset and professional guest service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' work experience in accounting or cash handling.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• High school diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, answer questions and explain regulations.
• Run Daily Reports to audit and balance all department accounts; process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Post payments to guest accounts and maintain accurate records; follow cash handling policies.
• Coordinate with other departments and communicate issues to shifts and supervisors.
• Observe and report security and safety concerns; respond per company emergency plans.
