• Comfortable presenting solutions to building owners and facility managers.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new commercial and industrial business throughout the assigned territory.
• Build a pipeline through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and relationship development.
• Identify prospective customers and uncover opportunities for preventive maintenance agreements, service work, and mechanical projects.
• Conduct customer meetings, site surveys, and facility walkthroughs to understand operational challenges and mechanical needs.
• Develop relationships with building owners, facility managers, operations leaders, and other key decision-makers.
• Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Manage opportunities throughout the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to develop accurate, practical customer solutions.
• Maintain consistent follow-up and communication with prospects and customers.
• Develop and execute an effective territory growth strategy.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and customer information within the CRM.
• Represent the organization professionally at customer meetings, networking events, and industry functions.
• Stay informed on commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical service offerings to effectively communicate value to customers.
