Resource Innovations in Des Moines, IA seeks an Energy Efficiency Program Coordinator to support utility-sponsored initiatives, coordinate contractors, and assist customers in saving energy and reducing costs.

The role emphasizes customer service, data entry, and cross‑department collaboration, with 8‑hour shifts between 7 am and 6 pm, and a preference for a bachelor’s degree and energy efficiency experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service and data entry
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, OneNote and Teams
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide basic troubleshooting and recommend solutions.
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system of applications, rebates and other documents.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to service customers.
• Take customer service calls with focus on first call resolution.
• Data entry into various database applications.
• Respond to emails and phone calls with strong customer service.
• Provide exceptional customer service and call handling in a customer-centric environment.
