Qualifications

What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Derrickhand or higher position
• Loader Training
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to stay alert and attentive for up to 16 or more hours a day
• Ability to wear required PPE (steel toed boots, safety glasses, hard hat, etc.)
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Ability to work rotational schedules (14/14 or 20/10), including holidays and weekends
