Job summary

Patterson-UTI Drilling Company LLC seeks Derrickhands in Dickinson, ND to join our field team. You will manage mud systems, supervise Floorhands and Motorhands, and support drilling operations in challenging weather and at heights.

This role requires safety focus, physical fitness, and the ability to work a 14/14 rotational schedule in remote locations. Pre-employment checks and training are required, with opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills in English (read, write, speak).
• Ability to work at heights (50 ft. or greater) for extended periods.
• Physically able to lift and carry 50 pounds independently.
• Willingness to travel to remote locations on a 14/14 rotational schedule.
• Willingness and ability to attend and complete classroom training and testing.

Responsibilities

• Manage mud systems and oversee crew (Floorhands and Motorhands).
• Support drilling operations and safety procedures on site.
