Job summary

Patterson-UTI Drilling Company LLC in Dickinson, North Dakota, seeks Derrickhands to join the operations team. This role focuses on managing mud systems, overseeing Floorhands and Motorhands, and supporting drilling activities in challenging, remote locations.

You must be safety-focused, physically fit, and able to work rotational shifts on a 14/14 schedule. You’ll work outdoors in all weather, pass pre-employment checks, and complete classroom training.

Qualifications

• Experience as Derrickhand or Motorhand preferred.
• Ability to work at heights and in remote locations.
• Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol testing and background checks.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Manage mud systems and support drilling operations.
• Oversee Floorhands and Motorhands to maintain efficiency.
• Promote safety and compliance in remote, 14/14 rotation work sites.
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.
