Job summary

Epiphany Dermatology offers Learn Derm, a 12-month immersive training program for NPs and PAs to fast-track dermatology skills. Training includes didactic and clinical exposure with rotations in El Paso or Dallas, TX, and guaranteed placement at a clinic location after completion.

You will receive a competitive training salary of $60,000 annually, plus sign-on bonus and housing stipend during training, and travel/educational expense reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Licensed and board-certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
• Passionate about dermatology and committed to long-term growth.
• Willing to relocate to TX for training and to an assigned clinic post-training.
• Able to commit to a 5-year employment contract following program completion.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 12 months of didactic and clinical education in dermatology.
• Daily clinical rotations to gain hands-on experience with skin conditions.
• Hands-on practice and milestone assessments to track progress.
