Epiphany Dermatology offers Learn Derm, a 12-month immersive training program for ambitious NPs and PAs to fast-track dermatology careers. Training occurs in El Paso or Dallas, TX, with milestone assessments and hands-on practice, culminating in guaranteed placement at a clinic location agreed upon prior to offers.

Candidates must relocate to TX for training and are eligible for competitive salary and post-program compensation, including housing support and travel/education reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Licensed and board-certified Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners.

Responsabilités

• 12-month immersive training with didactic and clinical education.
• Hands-on clinical rotations across dermatology.
• Milestone-based skill assessments to track progress.
• Guaranteed placement at a mutually agreed clinic location after program.
