Epiphany Dermatology invites Licensed NPs and PAs to join Learn Derm, a 12-month immersive training program designed to fast-track dermatology skills and launcher a thriving career. Training occurs with one-on-one instruction in El Paso or Dallas, TX, followed by hands-on clinical rotations and milestone assessments, with a guaranteed placement at a mutually agreed clinic after completion.

Compensation includes a competitive training salary of $60,000 per year, a sign-on bonus and housing

Qualifications

• Licensed and board-certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP).
• Must be passionate about dermatology.
• Committed to long-term growth and a 5-year employment commitment after program.
• Willing to relocate to TX for training and to the assigned clinic after training.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month immersive Learn Derm training program led by physicians and market directors.
• Receive hands-on clinical exposure with dermatology-focused rotations in El Paso or Dallas, TX.
• Guaranteed post-training placement at an Epiphany Dermatology clinic location.
