Job summary

Epiphany Dermatology offers Learn Derm, a 12-month immersive training program for NPs and PAs to fast-track skills in dermatology. Training occurs in El Paso or Dallas, with hands-on rotations, exams, and milestone assessments.

Upon completion, guaranteed placement at a mutually agreed clinic location. Participants receive a competitive training salary of $60,000 annually, sign-on bonus and housing stipend (where applicable), plus relocation and education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Licensed and board-certified Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners.
• Willing to relocate to TX for training and to an assigned clinic post-training.
• Commitment to a 5-year employment term after program completion.
