Job summary

Epiphany Dermatology offers Learn Derm, a 12-month immersive training program for ambitious NPs and PAs to fast‑track dermatology skills. Training occurs in El Paso or Dallas, TX, with guaranteed placement at a mutually agreed clinic location upon completion.

Participants receive a competitive training salary of $60,000 per year, sign-on bonus and housing stipend if applicable, plus travel and education expense reimbursements and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Licensed and board-certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
• Willing to relocate for training in TX and post-training assignments
• Commitment to a 5-year employment contract after program completion

Responsibilities

• Participate in 12-month Learn Derm program with didactic and clinical education
• Engage in daily clinical rotations across dermatology
• Utilize provided textbooks and online materials for at-home study
• Perform hands-on clinical practice to rapidly build dermatology skills
• Complete milestone assessments to track progress and readiness
