Job summary

Epiphany Dermatology offers Learn Derm, a 12-month immersive training program for ambitious NPs and PAs to launch a dermatology career. Training occurs in El Paso or Dallas, TX, with hands-on clinical exposure and didactic education led by our physicians and market directors.

Upon successful completion, candidates are guaranteed placement at a mutually agreed clinic location, followed by a 5-year employment contract. Comprehensive benefits and relocation support are provided during training.

Qualifications

• Licensed and board-certified Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners.
• Willing to relocate to TX for training and to assigned clinic post-training.
• Commit to a 5-year employment contract after program completion.
• Passionate about dermatology and long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Learn Derm 12-month immersive training in dermatology.
• Engage in didactic and clinical education led by physicians and market directors.
• Complete milestone-based skill assessments and hands-on practice.
• Relocate to TX for training and to a clinic after program completion.
