Epiphany Dermatology offers Learn Derm, a 12-month immersive program for NPs and PAs to fast-track dermatology skills with hands-on rotations and didactic education. Training occurs in El Paso or Dallas, TX, with milestone assessments and guaranteed placement at a clinic location after completion.

Participants receive a competitive training salary of $60,000 annually, plus sign-on bonus and housing stipend during training, plus travel and education expense reimbursements where applicable.

Qualifications

• Licensed and board-certified Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners.
• Willing to relocate to TX for training and to an assigned clinic post-training.
• Able to commit to a 5-year employment contract following program completion.
• Application requires 1 letter of recommendation and scanned transcripts.
