Job summary

Epiphany Dermatology invites licensed PAs and NPs to join Learn Derm, a 12-month immersive dermatology training program with didactic and hands-on clinic exposure. Training locations include El Paso or Dallas, TX, followed by guaranteed placement at a clinic location.

Participants will receive a training salary of $60,000 annually with a sign-on bonus, housing stipend during training, and reimbursement for eligible travel and education expenses. Relocation support is available where applicable.

Qualifications

• Licensed and board-certified Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners.
• Willing to relocate to TX for training and to a clinic post-training.
• Commitment to a 5-year employment contract after program completion.

Responsibilities

• Complete 12 months of didactic and clinical education via Learn Derm.
• Relocate for training at El Paso or Dallas, then move to an assigned clinic.
• Achieve milestone assessments and secure guaranteed placement post-training.
