Job summary

Epiphany Dermatology offers Learn Derm, a 12-month immersive training program for ambitious NPs and PAs to fast-track dermatology skills. Training occurs in El Paso or Dallas, with hands-on rotations and access to comprehensive study resources.

Upon successful completion, candidates are guaranteed placement at a clinic location, with relocation to TX for training and a post-training 5-year employment commitment. Competitive training salary and housing/travel support are included.

Qualifications

• Licensed and board-certified Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners
• Willing to relocate to TX for training and to an assigned clinic post-training
• Able to commit to a 5-year employment contract after program completion
• 1 letter of recommendation, scanned transcripts

Responsibilities

• 12-month immersive training with didactic and clinical education
• One-on-one training in El Paso or Dallas, TX
• Hands-on clinical rotations across a diverse range of skin conditions
• Guaranteed placement at a mutually agreed upon clinic location after completion
• Reimbursement for eligible travel and educational expenses during training
