It blends didactic learning with real-world clinical exposure to fast-track your dermatology career, with a guaranteed post-program placement at a mutually agreed clinic.

Training occurs in El Paso or Dallas, TX. The program offers a $60,000 salary, with sign-on, housing stipend where applicable, and travel/education expense reimbursement during training.

Qualifications

• Licensed and board-certified NP or PA
• Interest in dermatology and long-term growth
• Willing to relocate to TX for training
• Able to commit to 5-year employment after program

Responsibilities

• Participate in Learn Derm training and clinical rotations
• Engage in hands-on dermatology practice during the program
• Complete milestone assessments to track progress
• Accept guaranteed placement at a mutually agreed clinic after completion
