Epiphany Dermatology is offering Learn Derm, a 12-month immersive training program for ambitious NPs and PAs who want to fast-track dermatology skills and begin a career with Epiphany Dermatology.

You will train in El Paso or Dallas, TX, rotate daily in clinics, and, upon successful completion, receive guaranteed placement at a chosen Epiphany clinic location with a competitive training salary of $60,000.

Qualifications

• Licensed and board-certified Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners.
• Willing to relocate to TX for training and to an assigned clinic post-training.
• Able to commit to a 5-year employment contract after program completion.
• Interest in dermatology and long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month didactic and clinical education program.
• Engage in hands-on clinical rotations and mentorship.
• Guaranteed placement at a mutually agreed clinic location after completion.
• Relocation and housing support during training where applicable.
