Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in Thought Leader engagement or related pharma/marketing roles.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%; reside within the territory Philadelphia to Washington, DC.
• Strong ability to build compliant relationships with physicians and other external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence without authority and collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with Medical Experts in Dermatology.
• Conduct compliant Medical Expert engagements to generate insights.
• Facilitate discussions using approved resources to inform strategies.
• Capture and communicate insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support peer-to-peer education programs and speaker initiatives.
• Moderate educational programs and peer exchanges per policy.
• Lead or support advisory boards and congress activities.
• Coordinate engagement activities for congresses and events.
• Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, HCP Education, Congress teams.
• Leverage CRM tools to enhance engagement planning and insight capture.
