Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Field-based Medical Science Liaison/Thought Leader Engagement professional in the Mid-Atlantic region (Philadelphia–DC corridor). You will cultivate relationships with Dermatology Medical Experts and drive compliant engagements to inform marketing and educational strategies.

Responsibilities include leading advisory boards, coordinating congress activities, and delivering actionable insights to cross-functional teams while traveling up to 80% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in Thought Leader/Medical Expert engagement, field marketing, MSL, or related pharma/biotech roles.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Dermatology Medical Experts to support strategic priorities.
• Conduct compliant engagements to generate actionable insights for marketing/education.
• Facilitate discussions using approved resources for marketing/education strategies.
• Capture and synthesize insights for cross-functional teams.
• Support speaker programs, advisory boards, and external events.
• Coordinate engagements for congresses and society meetings.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Education and Congress teams.
• Use CRM/digital tools for engagement planning and insight capture.
